Scheduled visits to the school provide both parents and child an opportunity to experience first-hand a typical day at HFS. In the initial visit, parents meet the Director of Admissions, learn about the school community, ask lots of questions and tour the school grounds and classrooms. Upon submission of an application, fee and teacher or parent reference form, a second visit is scheduled for the prospective student. On the visit day, the prospective student will spend time in the classroom and meet with the Admissions Director for age-appropriate assessment tests. Second through eighth applicants typically visit for two days.
